At NEMO Equipment, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel or equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
